Catharsis

For my midterm last semester I made this piece and placed in the lobby of an art building. It was out over the course of a single day. The results I thought were amazing. The fact that people were willing to stop an engage with my piece in a non-space for a period of time that required them to think about themselves and then share it, and some did to a large degree, in itself made my work a huge success. The trick with art is to get people to spend time with it.
