Last fall I had a plaster gauze and hydrocal 4 part body mold made of myself and then last spring I made the expandable foam positive that you see on the right. Let me tell you fitting all four parts, front and back of body and head was a lot of work. My hat is off to all model makers. To the left on the cart are the clay slabs that are going to be placed on one half of the foam body to represent the airspace between myself and the glass, i.e. wiggle room.
